Day Two - Addendum

I forgot to put this in the original post....

Why are the Gods against me - I have been in my current place of employment for about a year and a half.... We have never celebrated Birthday's for anyone until - TODAY...

Someone turned 40 today and one of the assistants brought in this delicious three layer yellow cake with chocolate moose filling and a Carmel frosting..... OMG was it good. I had a small sliver, but a sliver non the less...... At least the cake was very moist.

Why now after we decided to diet???

Day Two - Diet Blog (The Gods are against me!)

I am off to a resounding start - NOT!!! The boy came over last night and I ordered out Thai food and we watched bad reality TV......

I slept in today and did not work out because he stayed the night...

I did have a very healthy breakfast of yogurt and blueberry's and a sensible lunch of Sushi.... with brown rice instead of white rice....

I am on my own tonight, so I should be able to eat a healthy dinner.... I will report tomorrow.

Day One - Diet Blog

Well, let's just say I did not work out this morning, however, I had a very sensible breakfast of the granola and coffee....

The boy threw off my healthy lunch plans by surprising me and taking me to lunch - some yummy pizza, but not the best for the diet.....

Tomorrow is another day, I have six days to fit in three workouts.....

It is Monday, does that count for not making it.....

We get to talking about our Email from Mario and how we plan to make changes and your comments are always welcome. So changes will take place and we’ll become a better podcast

Next we talk about our weeks. I had the cocoon pool party, hiking, Iron man, Wes, crazy week from work and Wall-E. We both had interesting fireworks stories, well that we could see. Robert had a wedding, and family fun, a long week, some time with the boy, Drunken Wii, and theater.

We start our new segment about loosing weight and getting into better shape, we’ll see how I do I”ll probably cheat, lol.
