Day One - Diet Blog

Well, let's just say I did not work out this morning, however, I had a very sensible breakfast of the granola and coffee....

The boy threw off my healthy lunch plans by surprising me and taking me to lunch - some yummy pizza, but not the best for the diet.....

Tomorrow is another day, I have six days to fit in three workouts.....

It is Monday, does that count for not making it.....
